Most organisations already have someone keeping the lights on — an internal IT team, an MSP, or both. The failure mode of “strategic” security work is to treat those people as the problem.
We do not take over the managed estate. We sit beside it. Overlay means we add capacity the incumbent should not have to pause BAU for: Zero Trust design, Fortinet / Meraki / Aruba / MikroTik hardening, identity work in Microsoft 365, incident readiness, and the governance pack an Information Officer actually has to file.
What “beside” looks like
- The MSP or internal lead stays the operator of record.
- We work under their change control, or we agree a lane they do not staff.
- We do not re-badge their tickets or farm their contract.
If you are an MSP, that is the offer: specialist depth without a competing BAU story. If you are internal IT, it is extra hands who still design and ship — not another account layer.
